Tulungagung, Urupedia – Polres Tulungagung terus gencar untuk melakukan operasi terkait penumpasan peredaran minuman keras. Hal ini, dilakukan Satresnarkoba Polres Tulungagung mulai hari Sabtu (17/12/2022), pukul 20.00 WIB.
“Pada hari Sabtu tanggal 17 Desember 2022 sekira pukul 20.00 Wib, anggota Satresnarkoba Porles Tulungagung berhasil menangkap pelaku pengedar miras jenis arak Bali tanpa ijin di Desa Panggungrejo, Kecamatan Kauman, KabupatenTulungagung,” terang Kasihumas Polres Tulungagung IPTU Moh Anshori, Sh dilansir dari akun resmi Tribata News Tulungagung.
Satresnarkoba Polres Tulungung berhasil mengamankan 1 (satu) orang yang diduga sebagai pelaku mengedarkan minuman beralkhohol jenis arak Bali tanpa ijin edar.
Pelaku yang mengedarkan Miras berhasil ditangkap, yaitu AF (inisial) laki-laki (26), bekerja sebagai kuli bangunan. AF tinggal di Desa Kandangan, Kecamatan Srengat, Kabupaten Blitar.
“Pelaku ditangkap karena bersangkutan melakukan tindak pidana pelaku usaha dilarang memproduksi dan atau memperdagangkan barang yang tidak mencantumkan tanggal kadaluarsa dan atau tidak memasang label atau membuat penjelasan barang yang memuat nama barang, ukuran, berat/isi bersih, komposisi, aturan pakai, tanggal pembuatan, akibat sampingan, nama dan nama pelaku usaha serta keterangan lain untuk penggunaan,” terang Kasihumas.
“Yang menurut ketentuan harus dipasang/dibuat dan atau dengan sengaja tidak memiliki ijin edar terhadap setiap olahan yang dibuat di dalam negeri atau import untuk diperdagangkan dalam kemasan eceran berupa minuman beralkohol dan atau pelaku usaha yang melakukan kegiatan usaha perdagangan tidak memiliki perizinan di bidang perdagangan minuman beralkohol berupa SIUP MB berupa arak Bali,” lanjut Kasihumas.
Kasihumas juga menjelaskan bahwa prosesi penangkapan kasus tersebut berawal adanya informasi masyarakat jika ada penjualan minuman keras jenis arak Bali di Wilayah Kecamatan Kauman.
Terkait informasi tersebut, akhirnya petugas Satresnarkoba Polres Tulungagung berhasil menangkap pelaku yang saat itu akan menjual dan mengedarkan minuman beralkohol jenis arak Bali tanpa ijin.
Hasil penangkapan tersebut, petugas berhasil menyita minuman keras jenis arak Bali sebanyak 46 (empat puluh enam) botol arak Bali ukuran 600 ml, 1 (satu) buah Hp Redmi Hitam, kardus, uang tunai Rp.200.000.
Selain itu, Petugas Satres Narkoba juga berhasil mengamankan 1 (satu) unit sepeda motor Honda beat warna merah putih Nopol AG 3866 KCL.
Berdasarkan hasil perbuatan tersebut, pelaku telah ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan dilakukan penahanan di rumah tahanan Polres Tulungagung.
