Kasubdit III TPPU Dittipideksus Bareskrim Polri, Kombes Robertus Y. De Deo, mengungkapkan bahwa Panji Gumilang, telah menjalani pemeriksaan selama 5 jam dengan status tersangka.
“Kurang lebih pemeriksaan selama 5 jam dengan 55 pertanyaan,” ujar De Deo saat dihubungi, Jumat (10/11/2023).
De Deo menyatakan bahwa pemeriksaan tersebut merupakan bagian dari tahap penyidikan sejak Panji Gumilang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
“Sementara masih pemeriksaan awal yang bersangkutan sebagai tersangka, masih seputar peran yang bersangkutan terkait penyimpangan dalam pengelolaan aset yayasan,” ungkapnya.
Sebelumnya, penyidik Dittipideksus Bareskrim Polri telah menetapkan Panji Gumilang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan TPPU.
